Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
- The Plant Manager will develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the building materials or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and maintenance processes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
- Able to analyze information and utilize time management.
