RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct plant personnel throughout all production processes.
- Establish and implement proper safety protocol.
- Monitor production and quality control standards.
- Cultivate budget and cost controls.
- Analyze and monitor data including quantities and specifications.
- Ensure delivery dates of products ordered are accurate.
- Plan and oversee production activities.
- Lead continuous improvements initiatives.
- Monitor cost factors.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or engineering field required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience within a production setting.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Experience overseeing production methods.
- Ability to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Experience with lean manufacturing.Â
