Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Plant Quality Manager oversees the quality system and maintains productivity in manufacturing
- Maintain health, quality, safety, and environmental system within the plant
- Create control programs, authorize new projects, and create quality reports
- Build and train the staffing in the quality department
- Ensure the OHSE rules are properly in place
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Must have 4+ years of experience as a quality manager in a manufacturing setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge on quality, environmental systems, current legislation (rules ISO/EN), understanding of automotive standards
