RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prior to manufacturing batches for liquid fill lines, measure and weigh liquids and powders according to batch records and specific sequencing.
- Validate the accuracy of pre-measured materials and ingredients.
- Employ tare weights, document your tasks, and then arrange them on pallets.
- Utilize scales and thermometers during batch audits and refer to picklists.
- Guarantee the efficacy and purity of products and processes.
- Uphold a safe, tidy, and well-organized work environment.
- Safely operate forklifts to transport raw ingredients and finished products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be to maintain various physical positions such as sitting, standing, squatting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, carrying, grasping, or gripping for extended durations.
- Must be capability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across all units of measurement, employing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Must have Manufacturing experience.
- Must have basic proficiency in spreadsheets, email usage, and inventory/manufacturing software applications is required.
- Requirement for a Respirator Fit Test: Clean shaven condition is mandatory during the respirator fit testing process.
- Must have 1 year for relevant experience.
