We are seeking a dynamic Process Engineering Manager to drive continuous improvement in plant operations, ensuring top-tier quality in semiconductor, defense, and data infrastructure products.
We are NOT looking for someone with printed circuit board assembly, design or layout experience. This role offers an opportunity to apply and enhance quality principles while developing innovative manufacturing and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Process Engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO documentation and Military Specifications.
  • The Process Engineering Manager will improve process control for better quality, cycle time, and cost-efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends through seminars, trade shows, and briefings.
  • Represent Engineering on the TRB and lead quarterly Engineering meetings.
  • The Process Engineering Manager will oversee equipment proposals, releases, and operator/supervisor training.
  • Implement preventive and corrective actions with proper validation.
  • Collaborate with customers and vendors on technical issues.
  • Support methodizing complex tasks and assist Pre-Engineering with complex jobs.
  • The Process Engineering Manager will evaluate and implement new equipment, materials, and processes.
  • Update Plant Capability Summary and support production and quality goals.
  • Lead SPC and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Act as Radiation Safety Officer and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • The Process Engineering Manager will supervise the Maintenance and Environmental Technology Departments.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and ensure continuous training.

Qualifications:
  • The Process Engineering Manager must hold a BS in Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Must have bare printed circuit board manufacturing (aka: Bare Board Manufacturing) experience.
  • Must have 5-10 years of managerial experience in PCB operations.
  • The Process Engineering Manager must have a strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9002, UL, IPC Standards, and Military Specifications.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and efficiently.
