  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain and update production records, inventory lists, and documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between production, warehouse, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports on production progress, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
  • Support the production team in procurement processes, including placing orders for materials and tracking deliveries.
  • Assist in quality control processes by compiling data and generating reports for the quality department.
  • Participate in production meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
  • Implement and suggest improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to production managers and team members as needed.

  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • 3 months of experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion.
  • Supporting project tasks.
