Responsibilities:
- Transport raw materials, components, and finished products to and from workstations.
- Support machine operators by preparing materials, loading and unloading machinery, and performing routine maintenance tasks as directed.
- Help in assembling products by following instructions, using hand tools, and checking for quality standards.
- Assist in the packaging of finished products, ensuring that they meet company standards for quality and safety.
- Inspect materials and products for defects or inconsistencies, reporting any issues to supervisors or quality control teams.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, including sweeping, removing debris, and maintaining equipment cleanliness.
- Track and record inventory levels of materials and products, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies, using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Work closely with other production staff to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Must have High school diploma/GED along with 1 of related experience or training is required.
- Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprint.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
