Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the production management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies, requests for data/information, and customer issues
- Schedules work to optimize changeover, labor and production equipment usage
- Provides data and analysis to assist shift supervisor in resource planning
- Immediately notifies shift supervisor of issues impacting production workflow
- Reporting the daily production needs and completions as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of Production experience
- Associate’s degree in Logistics or any other related fieldÂ
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Highly skilled in manufacturing processes that would include lean manufacturing
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
