RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The production lead must be able to manage the production schedule.
- Must be able to identify and secures necessary resources (people, materials, etc.)
- Must be able to manage direct labor, materials, and other related costs to budget.
- Must monitor production process and progress in terms of meeting production goals; trouble-shoots problems as necessary.
- Must ensure proper functioning of equipment by coordinating with maintenance and other departments as needed.
- Must be able to coordinate with incoming/outgoing shift leader and other staff as needed to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
- Other task as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience as production lead in manufacturing environment.
- Must have knowledge of and/or trained in all major safety related activities (Lock Out/Tag Out, Behaviorally Based Safety, incident investigations, etc.)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Salary:- $23/hr-$25/hr
