RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Production Lead is responsible for coordinating and leading the production team
- Assist with material management and production supply
- Assist in the training of others and able to communicate expectations to the production staff
- Sets a good example and follows Safety, QA and company processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience with ERP/MRP production
- 4+ years of experience in a similar setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
