RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Production Lead must be able to monitor and direct production activities to ensure customer performance requirements are met.
- Must be able to hire and tarin production personnel.
- Must ensure Bill of Materials/Operations/Batch Quantities are validated.
- Must assist with coordination of cycle/physical counts as required.
- Must maintain production supplies inventory.
- Must be able to assist in general maintenance of plant equipment.
- Must be able to assist with implementation and monitoring of methods, procedures, policies and projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Must be able to review and maintain all production related documents and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience as a Production lead within a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of experience in working in an ERP/MRP production environment.
- Must be great with computer skills like Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
