Responsibilities:
- The Production Lead will collaborate with other departments or management for growth and development improvements.
- Continuously encourage a positive attitude and work environment between workers.
- The Production Lead will be an open resource for all team members to go to providing them with motivation, support, and advice.
- Assist the team to improve quality and to sustain efficiency.
- Assist with training new and existing employees
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Leadership and warehouse background
- Must be able to work 3rd shift
- Experience in the Manufacturing and Warehouse Industry
- Verbal and Witten Communication skills
- Ability to lift to 50lbs., climb, walk, crawl
- Available to work weekends and overtime as needed.
