Responsibilities:
- Adhere to production orders and specifications.
- Always ensure the availability of correct raw materials on the production line.
- Perform in-process audits and final inspections of the product.
- Carry out machine cleaning, sanitization, and line changeovers as required.
- Accurately document client results and maintain complete records.
- Conduct operator inspections and complete all related documentation with precision.
- Install, remove, and correctly form fabric on the production line.
- Maintain accurate product form and count as per the production schedule.
- Operate, stop, and adjust the speed of the saw and production line as needed.
- Load cartons correctly into the Langen machine.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Must have at least 2 years of Production or Machine Operator experience.
- Experience in machine cleaning, sanitization
- Must have experience in maintaining records.
