RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate directly with the VP of Operations to refine and improve production processes.
- Conduct quality control checks, adhering to established procedures.
- Oversee daily activities across all production departments to ensure operations run smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Manage the scheduling of all machinery across three shifts daily.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and quality control measures to protect our operations and deliverables.
- Lead job scheduling and planning initiatives to enhance resource efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Track and manage ongoing production jobs, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout.
- Carry out quality assurance inspections to maintain our high-quality standards and meet client expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in print scheduling is essential.
- Proven track record in customer service and a strong commitment to follow-through.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word, or a willingness to learn new software.
- A desire to learn new skills and adapt to changing processes.
- Experience with EFI Pace software is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
