RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all stages of production, including planning, scheduling, and manufacturing staffing
- Oversees the training needs for production employees, production efficiency, and continuous improvements, and product quality
- Manages all production, products and process development, and manufacturing adjustments
- Ensures safety guidelines are followed and acts as the chairman of the safety committee
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a production management roll
- 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment
- Working knowledge training safety guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Some weekend availability
