Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address equipment issues and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to implement and monitor quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of previous experience in a production management role.
- Must have salt manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with FDA, GMP, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Willing to work 2nd & 3rd shift and weekends on occasion as business requires.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Able to analyze information and utilize time management.
