RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trains and give employees resource to succeed on the job
- Manages employee staff schedule, make sure products for production arrive in a timely manner.
- Maintains and production a high-quality product that meet regulatory requirements
- Ensures that safety is being followed throughout the facility
- Follows company policies and procedures
- Writes performance appraisals and recommends salary increases and develops employees within the department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Production experience in food is a must.
- 5 or more years of Supervisory experience have 3 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of USDA regulations
- Must manage multiple projects
