RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Production Supervisor 3rd Shift will lead the employees to safely produce the customer’s product.
- Maintain appropriate quality standard as per customers’ requirements
- Coach and train employees on proper procedures
- Maintaining production efficiencies, waste control, human resource, safety, and quality concerns or issues.
- Push production and ensure safety takes first priority.
- Focus on accountability to drive results.
- Coaching and training employees
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 3RD SHIFT 11PM-7AM
- High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred in supervision or management.
- The Production Supervisor 3rd Shift will have strong leadership skills.
- Experience in managing temporary staff.
- 2-4 years of experience supervising production in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), Google Suite.
- Ability to maintain client’s confidentiality.
