RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trains and give employees resource to succeed on the job
- Manages employee staff schedule, make sure products for production arrive in a timely manner.
- Maintains and production a high-quality product that meet regulatory requirements
- Ensures that safety is being followed throughout the facility
- Must be able to manage 20 employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Production experience in Food is a MUST.
- 3 or more years of supervisor experience
- Must manage multiple projects
- Bilingual is preferred
