Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of company production policies, procedures and standards.
- Train new staff or assist management with this process.
- Responsible for the washing, making corrections and improvements to systems when necessary, suggest and develop ways to train their team members to improve efficiency and productivity, must possess superior leadership skills and may periodically
- Will monitor and ensure that standards for production, quality, housekeeping and safety protocols are being adhere to accordingly
- Meet production standards, enforce policies and procedures, prepare work schedules, maintain hotel inventories and supervising their safety policies
- Interfacing with the engineering, sales and service management departments to ensure the production functions of the facility is being ran efficiently
Requirements:
- 3 years of production management experience within the hospitality industry
- Has previously worked in industrial laundry environment
- High School Diploma
- Must have laundry experience
- The ability to recognizes colors, sizes and types of product
- Adhere to OSHA regulations
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Able to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend training sessions
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
