Responsibilities:
- Helps manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results
- Enforces company policies and guidelines
- Working closely with the Plant Manager
- Recognize and help solve problems affecting production, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Apply the tools of Lean Manufacturing that include
- Will help minimize labor overtime and maintaining production schedules and quality standards.
- Assists workers by offering personal growth opportunities
- Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques
- Initiate/facilitate root cause analysis
Requirements:
- 5 years of Production Supervisory experience within a Manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Adhering to safety regulations when running the production floor
- Proficient in TPS, Lean Manufacturing and Demand Flow practices
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
