RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to supervise production line operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
- Must be responsible for training and coaching production line employees.
- Responsible for conducting employee performance reviews.
- Must work with QA Dept. to ensure products are being made to customer specifications.
- Must ensure compliance with SQF level code of practice and HACCP regulations and programs.
- Responsible for quality control.
- Must be able to adjust as necessary during the shift to producing products within specifications and reject product outside of specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Supervisor experience within a Food Manufacturing environment.
