RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare reports, handle AR/AP, etc.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors
- Input billings into construction software
- Manage job cost reports
- Process vendor invoices
- Utilize ERP system
- Utilize Sage 300
- Analyze job contracts, budget, purchase orders, etc. for discrepancies
- Answer questions from various personnel within project team
- Ensure project timeline is followed
- Process subcontractor payments
- Prepare lifecycle reports
- Maintain awareness of project budget and timeline
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree required
- Ideal Construction Superintendent will have minimum 2 years’ experience
- Experience within a commercial construction company desired
- Experience with AR/AP
- Experience with ERP systems and Sage 300
- Willing to take a drug screen and background check
