- Manage project budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Monitor and control project costs, identify and address variances, and reconcile project accounts.
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts, change orders, and documentation for audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and provide financial analysis and reporting.
- Work with project managers and receivables staff to develop schedules, maintain budgets, and address unpaid billings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- CPA or CMA a must.
- Skilled in using Sage 100 Contractor accounting software
- Extensive experience and expertise in Procore Financials
- At least 3 years in construction accounting or project accounting.
