RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop manufacturing and engineering programs to support company goals
- Oversee project progress and analyze new tooling designs for manufacturability
- Assist the molding technicians when needed
- Ensure project timeline is aligned with progress
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain and gain relationships with vendors and customers
- Manage ISO 13485-2016
- Ensure safety standards
- Obtain knowledge of injection molding processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer
- Medical device industry is desired
- Experience designing injection molding
- Experience with ISO 13485-2016
- Experience analyzing tooling designs
- Understands Lean Manufacturing
- Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen
