RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of engineering projects.
- Define project parameters, assign tasks to team members, and track project timelines.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, industry standards, and specifications.
- Assist the company President and Vice President in preparing project quotes and proposals.
- Offer engineering support and problem-solving assistance throughout project lifecycles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural preferred).
- At least 1 year of Project Management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications and design software; knowledge of Access is a plus.
