RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Project Manager will maintain timelines for each project, meet deadlines and stay within budget
- Validate the results of planning phase
- Communicate with municipal agencies when needed
- Plan and schedule all phases of construction.
- Oversee projects from initial design stage to completion
- Ensure strategies are aligned with long-term company goals
- Review and analyze invoices from suppliers
- Maintain knowledge of commercial and residential construction procedures
- Establish and allocate resources needed to complete the project
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates as needed
- Perform quality audits to make sure customer specifications are met
- Maintain log of project schedule, timeline, work performed, etc.
- Prepare project proposals to present to architect
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ideal Project Manager will have minimum 4 years’ experience
- Experience within a construction operation highly desired
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Sage 300
- Experience with risk management and process management
- Ability to manage and monitor KPI’s
- Proficient in MS Office & Timberline.
- PMP certification is a plus
- Ability to engage in strategic thinking with long-term goals
- The Project Manager will have an OSHA 10 Certification
