RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Project Manager will coordinate, and supervise, the team members and interns work.
- Interpret relevant building codes and apply them as needed.
- Lead the project designs and oversee the design teams from sketches through the construction documents with a details oriented approach.
- Provide project information communication in a timely and consistent manner between the project team and clients.
- Ensure aesthetically appealing designs are being produced.
- Conduct site visits to assist with construction administration.
- Work to ensure a positive working relationship is kept professional among team members and clients.
- Aid in the preparation of client presentation and ensure participation.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 4+ years of experience in engineering, architecture, or a construction firm.
- Quality control processes knowledge
- Ability to meet deadlines while working and leading in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Revit architectural software.
- High level of expertise in architectural building systems
- LEED guidelines and sustainability knowledge
- Knowledge of quality control processes
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations in an effective manner.
- Solid understanding of material application, design trends, and construction methodology.
