RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utility design, encompassing storm drainage, water, and sewer systems, with knowledge of conduit and dry utility systems.
- Site grading, ensuring compliance with ADA standards.
- Utilize design skills to create plans and exhibits in support of residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional site/land development projects.
- Lead a team, managing multiple projects while meeting specific deadlines.
- Exercise strong design skills to create plans and exhibits for residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional land development projects.
- Handle design and layout of sites.
- Create diagrams and visual aids, along with design specifications.
- Implement projects based on established criteria.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
- 10 years’ experience in civil engineering related to site design or land development. Â
- MD Professional Engineer license required.
- Experience with MicroStation and Civil3 3D.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Experience with industry software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
