RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating and overseeing the schedule, coordination drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Overseeing the project buyout procedure, which includes examining the scope of work for suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee that they meet specifications, optimize cost savings, and produce high-quality work.
- Supervision of the construction team to guarantee timely assignment completion, adherence to construction and quality standards, and budget compliance.
- Maintaining efficiency by using alternative delivery and procurement strategies and keeping an eye on the critical path.
- Sending management periodic reports on the state of the projects and problems influencing their performance.
- Preserving the rapport between engineers and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Construction Management) or equivalent experience
- Must have 5 years of Public Infrastructure project experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, Sage Timberline)
- MUST have Heavy Construction experience
