RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Purchasing Coordinator will record any merchandise transfers between stores.
  • Answer status request calls during the purchasing process.
  • Maintain new and rental records as equipment is added or rented.
  • Utilize ATLAS to create and track purchase orders and inventory.
  • Keep inventory between the required minimum and maximum levels.
  • Verify components purchases.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping as needed on a daily basis.
  • Perform inventory counts and reconcile reports.
  • Assist in physical year-end inventory counts.
  • The Purchasing Coordinator will investigate any measurement issues or shipping issues.
  • Ensure warehouse environment is kept organized and clean to run efficiently.
Salary Range: $48,000-$53,000 (DOE) 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Must possess a excellent driving record.
  • The Purchasing Coordinator will have 3-5 years of rehab experience or approved training is preferred.
  • Possess a high mechanical aptitude.
  • Prior purchasing & inventory experience.
  • Ability to lift 65-100 pounds, walk, sit or drive during an average 8 hour day.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Possess a positive attitude with a corporative and polite demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
