RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide OJT training to Quality staff members. (Office 365)
- Create, validate, enhance, and record quality procedures and methodologies.
- Organize internal business operations to address client grievances and issues.
- Carry out official evaluations of work instructions and external and internal procedures.
- Adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 protocol.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have 2 years of experience in QS (Quality System)
- Must have SharePoint experience.
- Must be able to move or lift up to 25 lbs.
