- Experience with quality assurance process expertise to include QMS, quality control, documentation, audit, customer complaints, testing, validation, etc
- Review mass production PPAP from supply base
- Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Lean Manufacturing
- IATF certification for Internal or Lead auditor with documentation
Job Responsibilities:
- Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Ensure the overall quality of manufactured products
- Implementing action plans, and providing resources
- Review mass production PPAP from supply base
- Working with internal teams to improve the quality of products for enhancing customer satisfaction
- Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Document all technical procedures and user guides
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- FEMA, PPAP, APQP and RMA’s
- Process Flow Diagrams, PDCA, 8Ds, 5Ps, Mind Maps, etc.
- Continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Manufacturing
- IATF certification for Internal or Lead auditor with documentation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
