RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Quality Engineer is responsible for Implementing Quality Operating Systems, and creating inspecting criteria for programs,
- Develop and manage a system which ensures the Company’s documentation is complete, monitored, accurate and current
- Will develop test controls, process controls and standards, and enforce Corporate Policies and Procedures
- Oversees and drives company metrics (safety, quality, cost, on-time delivery)
- Understands IPC-A-610 workshop criteria and conducts internal audits of processes and outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering or any other related
- Associate’s degree and 4+ years of working history as a Quality Engineer
- Proficient in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
- 4+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the manufacturing industry required
- Understands IPC-A-610 workshop criteria
