RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Quality System Manager must have the ability to supervise in a high-paced, dynamic environment with frequent priority changes and customer requests.
- Must have ability to delegate tasks and obtain goals.
- Must make disposition on all raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Must develop and update and implement new and existing policies and procedures.
- Must be able to submit all required reports in a timely manner.
- Must assist in the direction and maintenance of all daily operations of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department.
- Must help to ensure that the site complies with all Regulatory, Customer and company requirements as they relate to quality systems and the quality of the product.
- Must communicate with production management the status of the quality system as it relates to the site and all deficiencies to the systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have an Associate’s degree with a strong emphasis in Natural Science.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Must have the ability to the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Must have experience working within a cGMP compliant Quality Management System.
- Must have strong Project management skills.
