RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedules employees to manage refrigeration of the food for facility operations
- Make the schedule for employees to work 24/7
- Ensures the facility is compliant with OSHA, FDA and GMP practices of the facility
- Trains employees to work with refrigeration equipment and to get RETA certification
- Reviews the utility usage of the facility and addresses any concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science or poultry science
- Production experience in food is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of ammonia refrigeration experience
- Must manage multiple projects around the facility
- SAP experience is preferred
