RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Regional Accounting Manager will be responsible for payroll management and inventory control for all accounting departments in the region.
- Review quarterly and annual income statements with internal and external auditors.
- Making sure that the appropriate balance sheet accounts are reconciled.
- Produce and direct the preparation of operational expense and variance reports.
- Develop internal control procedures and standards.
- Protecting company assets and ensuring proper segregation of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
- 5+ years of accounting management experience required.
- Able to travel 50% to other locations in the region.
- Must have knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Microsoft
- A thorough understanding of accounting basics such as payroll, general ledger, accounts payable, and cost accounting is required.
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Regional Accounting Manager must be able to prepare, examine, and verify financial reports
- Auditing and Fiscal recordkeeping knowledge.
- Expertise in modern office procedures, equipment, and methods.
- A thorough understanding of accounting basics such as payroll, general ledger, accounts payable, and cost accounting.
