RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish financial objectives for the branch service department.
- Review and oversee inventory levels.
- Conduct monthly inventory audits.
- Performs quality control audits.
- Responsible for P&L for leasing department.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry safety regulations.
- Utilize order management system and OEM warranty processing.
- Utilize sound judgment and provide reasoning for decisions made.
- Identify cost effective travel schedules.
- Lead department staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure customer confidence and satisfaction ratings are high.
- Oversee hiring goals, including recruiting, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Analyze key performance indicators.
- Monitor OOS days, as well as sub costs.
- Ensure preventative maintenance services are performed.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide reports for wage recommendations.
- Oversee training and development initiatives for service technicians.
- Identify and implement revenue growth opportunities.
- Coordinate new business objectives with sales and service team.
- Maintain awareness of OEM guidelines and policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 8 years of experience in heavy equipment sales desired.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Some travel may be required.
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
