RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide recommendations of racking system based on customers preferences and needs.
- The Sales Associate will ensure customer deliver dates are met by collaborating with the operations team.
- Utilize CRM to follow up with current and prospective customers
- Work with project managers to coordinate the racking system installation
- Utilize the expertise of the Sales Manager to assist with closing sales.
- Ensure the procedures are followed for the sales quoting process
- Provide fast turnaround pricing to interested customers.
- Report monthly sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Sales Associate must have pallet rack system sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a Business related field but not required.
- Must be able to travel occasionally to meet with potential or existing clients.
- Proficiency in CRM & MS Office is required
- Must have at least 3 years of sales experience with pallet racks systems
- Understanding of material handling processes
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
