Key Responsibilities:
- The Sales Manager will promote a strong safety culture across internal and external teams.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Set sales targets and oversee forecasting activities.
- Analyze market data to assess customer needs, pricing, and discounts.
- The Sales Manager will oversee channel development, including setting up territories and quotas.
- Manage the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assign sales territories and monitor team performance.
- Review sales data to guide policies and boost sales.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and assist with deal closures.
- The Sales Manager must coordinate with the Credit Department on accounts and collections.
- Act as a liaison between sales and operations teams.
- Manage sales coordinators and team compliance with policies.
- Lead large-scale projects outside regular quoting practices.
- Prepare sales reports on performance and market expansion.
- The Sales Manager will monitor competitors' activities and industry trends.
- Promote the advantages of ready-mix products.
- Provide technical support resources to customers.
- Develop proactive strategies for market expansion and product promotion.
Qualifications:
- The Sales Manager must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Must have 7-10 years of Sales experience or equivalent experience in ready-mix concrete and related equipment.
- Management experience preferred.
- Motivate teams and promote safety, quality, and customer service.
- The Sales Manager must have strong financial planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to present and respond effectively to clients, teams, and stakeholders.
