RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Manage sales within the truck and trailer/transportation industry.
- Present information to senior executives, including fleet owners, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Successfully secure business deals and contracts.
- Exercise strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Convey complex information to a diverse audience effectively.
- Demonstrate financial acumen with experience in setting and achieving measurable financial targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
- Exercise ability to motivate others to succeed.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Demonstrate knowledge of transportation regulations.
- Research, obtain and foster positive relationships with clients.
- Travel as needed for the position.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in Sales required.
- Previous experience with transportation of refrigerated goods desired.
- Experience using the MS Office suite.
- Ability to travel.
