- Process chemistry and API manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of ICH and cGMP requirements
- Contribute to the timely and accurate preparation of regulatory submissions.
- Exhibit a high level of safety awareness and conduct lab operations safely.
- Independently design, synthesize, purify, and analyze chemical intermediates, target compounds, and impurities.
- Contribute to the timely and accurate preparation of regulatory submissions
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, robustness, and cost efficiency.
- Develop new products and formulations to meet customer requirements.
- Developing, optimizing, and scaling up new and existing products.
- Ensure that lab is maintained clean, safe and organized.
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
- Process chemistry and API manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of ICH and cGMP requirements.
- Must have detailed knowledge of relevant technology and equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.
