Responsibilities
- Recording journal entries for various privately owned companies across different industries
- Preparation of monthly separate and consolidated financial statements.
- Monthly account analysis
- Monthly general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare and/or review bank account reconciliation.
- Prepare sales and use tax returns.
- Responsible to review payment support for multiple companies to ensure proper payments.
- Assist in account receivable, cash receipt and billing function.
- Liaison with business management and operational personnel to improve business
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA Preferred
- At-least 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
- US GAAP knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in a multi-entity setting.
- Ability to learn new technologies as necessary.
Salary: $60K-$80K
