Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary contact for the Maintenance Team during shifts, swiftly addressing equipment issues and relaying technical updates to management.
- Adheres to safety protocols and GMPs while managing controls instrumentation, including calibration and integration of devices like valves and transmitters.
- Utilizes troubleshooting expertise across various systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC) to support production and maintain plant operations.
- Oversees PLCs, HMIs, and instrumentation, contributing to plant projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conducts root-cause analyses, maintains control systems, supports audits, and performs preventative maintenance, ensuring smooth product transitions and equipment reliability.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Experience in Programmable logic controllers (PLC)
- 5 Years Industrial Maintenance Experience preferably in an automated environment
