RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct a range of cost analysis activities to support Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) and Program Office Estimates (POE) for the program.
- Develop and evaluate cost assessments and positions related to system development, demonstration, and production strategies.
- Analyze the financial impacts of systems and programs, including prototype systems assessments.
- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to create independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) suitable for Army and DoD reviews.
- Review and consolidate Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs and briefing packages.
- Draft and coordinate budget impact statements, manage budget data calls, and support budget briefings and drills.
- Assist in evaluating ACAT programs, focusing on cost, budget, and earned value management (EVM).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics.
- At least seven years of experience in cost and pricing analysis for large-scale projects.
- Recent, credentialed experience with Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACE-IT).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong enthusiasm for numbers and solving complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, adept at interacting with various levels of stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- DoD Security Clearance at the Secret level or higher.
