RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Senior Learning & Development Manager is responsible for delivering training through workshops, demonstrations, meetings, conferences, classroom, and virtual settings.
- Develops and distributes visual aids, presentations, and marketing documents for training programs.
- The Senior Learning & Development Manager is responsible for collaborating with Operations and HR Leaders to assess and understand their training needs.
- Designs, Develops, Implements, and Evaluates experimental learning activities and current companywide training programs.
- Provides support regarding the development and maintenance of Culture and Talent team procedures.
- Reviews training evaluations and uses the results of these evaluations to modify or improve existing training and/or develop new training.
- Assist management in the development of the budget for various training programs.
- Develops and distributes visual aids, presentations, and marketing documents for training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Leadership, Human Resources, or another related field is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Facilitation, Management and or Learning & Development is required
- The Senior Learning & Development Manager will have a demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, adult learning, and online and in person delivery of instruction.
- Must be able to travel up 75%.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
