RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and distribute monthly and quarterly quality metrics
- Collaborate and support CAPA
- Implement non-conformance/continuous improvement programs
- Evaluate suppliers resolve supplier related nonconformities
- Engage in risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate efforts with product development
- Head investigation of manufacturing nonconformities
- Assist in development of corrective action plans
- Analyze product and process performance
- Conduct internal QMS
- Conduct various manufacturing processes auditsÂ
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Apply (SPC) methods to current processes and recommend changes
- Ensure outcomes are aligned with QMS requirements
- Adhere to safety and quality-related policies
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field required
- Ideal Sr. Product Quality Engineer will have minimum 5 years’ experience
- Must have manufacturing environment experienceÂ
- ASQ certification desired
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt desired
- Willing to take a drug screen and complete a background check
