Responsibilities:
- Prepares equipment before the start of the shift
- Pay attention to setup instructions for each product to meet production requirements.
- Troubleshoot machines in a timely manner to keep operations running efficiently
- Lifts heavy equipment by hand or by machine to help meet manufacturing standards
- Ensures that quality and regulatory standards are met
Requirements:
- Associate degree, High School, Trade School, or military training
- Must haven knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical
- Must know the basics of the use of power tools and basic mathematical skills
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Must be able to lift 50lbs at times and physical activity is required at times.
- Must have good communication skills
- Food and packaging experience is preferred
