RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out line and equipment changeovers efficiently.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Identify and resolve equipment issues during production.
- Operate the Spreading Machine when maintenance setup tasks are completed.
- Assist with material handling tasks as needed.
- Foster teamwork through communication, collaboration, and shared learning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least one year of relevant experience in maintenance, machine operation, or a related field, preferably in high-speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing environments. Strong technical ability to apply basic electrical and mechanical principles in practical situations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, technical procedures, and regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills to create reports and present findings clearly to all levels of management.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong collaboration skills, promoting teamwork while maintaining attention to detail and respect for others in high-pressure situations.
