RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inform and encourage employee involvement in the improvement process, implement cost effective and time saving methods.
- Maximize team performance and efficiency to establish operational goals and productivity standards for the department.
- The shift lead will need to evaluate performance and design continuous improvement plans for his team.
- Update staff on changes in laws and regulations and design job enrichment programs by cross training
- Participate in safety and accident preventative meetings and Comply with Company and OSHA policies.
- Ensure employees are productive while following safety procedures and they always wear safety equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- The shift lead must have 4 years of Warehouse Manufacturing experience.
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize duties and problem solving.
- Knowledge of EMS products
- Basic math skills.
- Read tape measure.
